This week I've spent driving around in cars for hours and joining tourists in going retarded over how pretty the district is in the spring. And of course, adventures!

The greatest part was definitely this Sufi sect of Muslims called the Whirling Dervishes. We went to their mosque where they have a show where they do this twirling dance for like half an hour as a ritual symbolising love and universal movement and god and cool stuff like that. It's pretty intense

These took way too much time and effort to get up here.

One day I was exploring on my own and I walked into a random doorway from the street and this is exactly what I found:

At the end of my trip, I spent seven hours in Lima, a pretty boring city compared to Cusco. I made up for this by going into another very sacred South American place only because I could: a casino

This is the despicable machine that stole three dollars from me in my first casino-gambling experience ever (I lost 10 dollars total)

Lima was basically Miami. The sky was too big and the people were too trashy. Thus I ripped the town off by conning myself into a fancy hotel and taking a luxurious shower. And photowhoring.

And then I flew back to actual Miami. And that was all.

Today was Halloween. I was a fairy.

Cecilia/Margo Tenenbaum and I were awesome and decided to trick-or-treat on embassy row rather than build some bullshit community with our peers. We photoboothed in the Korean embassy and ate disgusting candy contraptions from the Mexican embassy that were covered in pepper.

On Friday I was a less pre-teen looking fairy (but not a fucking ho) and we got crunk'd and danced. Then I made my way to Philly the next morning where I spent a lot of lovely time doing nothing, except taking some pictures on my brand new polaroid camera. The cold isn't so bad when it's actually 74 degrees and completely sunny. I like that.

My dearest Rebecca Sandler spent a weekend with me, and it was lovely. We danced, alot.

We saw Metric with some cute boys and danced more.

We were nostalgic.

Later, we danced more and slapped the bag(no pictures of that, but you can imagine)

The next day, we nursed ourselves via waffles.

That night...BFFL DINNER!

The awesome part is that when I'm done with this, I get waffles!

The night began with open mic at the dav(the scene cafe).
We saw the greatest band in the world, PINKY SWEAR!, of whom we are the number one fans.

Annie read some great literature for us.

And even Chris Dewitt performed a song!

Outside, the camera came out.

We gazed at the moon/stars together

Jeff and Drew got totally sloshed and decided to drunk dial but then they passed out because they were SLOSHED

And then....we slapped the bag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We field-tripped to the ladie's restroom.
